Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Alpha Digitize collects when you visit our website or engage our services, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

1. Introduction

Alpha Digitize (Private) Limited ("Alpha Digitize", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you visit alphadigitize.com, submit a form on our website, or engage our services.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or provide us with personal information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information we need to respond to you, deliver our services, and improve the website. Specifically:

  • Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you include in a contact form, project brief, or email.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, referring URL, and approximate location (city/country level). This data is collected via cookies and standard web analytics.
  • Information from engagements: if you become a client, we may collect additional business information needed to deliver the agreed scope of work — for example billing details, access credentials to systems you ask us to integrate with, and project-specific documents.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as government ID numbers, financial account credentials, or health information) through the website. If you choose to send us such information by email, we will handle it with the same care described in this Policy, but we encourage you to share only what is necessary.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
  • Deliver the services you have engaged us for, including project planning, development, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Send project updates, invoices, and administrative messages.
  • Improve our website, content, and user experience based on aggregated analytics.
  • Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
  • With your consent, send occasional updates about new services or relevant insights. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate the website and deliver services. These providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics — aggregate website traffic and behavior analytics. Only activated if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Formspree — handles secure delivery of contact-form submissions to our email.
  • Hostinger — hosts the static website files.
  • Cloudflare — provides content delivery and basic security protection.
  • Supabase (if you create an account on future blog/comment features) — stores account and comment data.

We share information with these providers only to the extent needed for them to perform their function. We never share your information with third parties for advertising or resale.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites remember your preferences and measure usage. We use the following categories:

  • Necessary cookies: required for the website to function (for example, remembering your theme preference and cookie-consent choice). These are always active.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics cookies that measure anonymous traffic patterns. These are disabled by default and only activated if you opt in via the cookie banner.
  • Marketing cookies: we do not currently use any marketing or advertising cookies.

You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing the alphadigitize-cookie-consent entry in your browser's local storage, which will re-show the consent banner on your next visit. Most browsers also allow you to block cookies entirely through their settings — doing so may affect some website features.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and afterward only as required by law:

  • Contact-form submissions: retained for up to two years unless the inquiry results in an engagement, in which case it is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by applicable tax and business-records law.
  • Analytics data: aggregated and pseudonymized. Individual-session data is retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
  • Client business records: retained for seven years after the end of the engagement to satisfy Pakistani tax and regulatory recordkeeping requirements, then securely destroyed or fully anonymized.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights over your personal information:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Objection and restriction: object to or restrict how we process your data in certain circumstances.
  • Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Portability: where technically feasible, receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, please email us at info@alphadigitize.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we hold against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limiting who on our team can view client data, secure credential storage, and regular review of our providers' security posture.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is fully secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that materially affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Alpha Digitize is based in Pakistan. Our service providers (for example Google Analytics, Formspree, Cloudflare, Supabase) may process data in the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions. Where such transfers occur, we rely on the safeguards offered by the provider — for example standard contractual clauses, their own adequacy decisions, or equivalent mechanisms.

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with data-transfer rules, by using our website or engaging our services you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in Pakistan and in the countries where our providers operate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide a more prominent notice on the website.

Your continued use of the website or our services after the updated Policy takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
